The company is under the jurisdiction of Anhui Yuwang Groove Connector Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The main business is the research and development and production of fire clamp series products. The "Yuwang" brand fire clamps are domestic famous brand products and well-known trademarks. Supporting the production, production and sales of automobile parts mainly including suspension parts, wheel hubs and engine parts, construction machinery parts mainly including cylinder blocks and cylinder heads, and rail transit products mainly based on damping fasteners. The product materials are HT200, HT250, QT400, QT450, QT500, and the annual production capacity of various cast iron products is 20,000 tons.

Casting equipment: The boxless vertical extrusion molding production line introduced from Baoding Weir Company has a high degree of automation, high production speed, and high precision castings. It is suitable for producing high-quality small and medium-sized castings with a single piece below 30KG. The horizontal microseismic molding line is suitable for the production of castings up to 50 kg. The supporting equipment includes two automatic pouring machines from Baoding Weir Company, two automatic ball feeding machines from Jiangsu, and two ton from Jiangsu Zhenwu Electric Furnace Factory. There are 7 medium frequency induction furnaces, 8 various types of cranes, 10 shell core machines and 8 GT15 shot blasting machines.
Machining equipment: It has 20 full-function CNC lathes, more than 30 sets of precision machining equipment such as vertical machining centers, CNC milling machines and planers. It has complete processing methods, high precision parts, and is suitable for batch product processing.
Surface treatment equipment: Automatic surface treatment production line can meet the requirements of metal painting and plastic spraying. The line consists of three parts: pre-treatment, spraying and drying. It is controlled by PLC and is a fully automatic surface treatment production line. The paint film processed by this line has uniform paint film, strong adhesion, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It is especially suitable for large-scale surface treatment of parts.
Testing equipment: The company's quality testing center covers an area of more than 300 square meters, and strictly controls from the entry of raw materials to the delivery of finished products. The testing equipment of the testing center includes: Germany's Oxford spectrometer, metallographic analyzer, universal mechanical performance testing machine and other equipment. Machining and testing equipment includes: three-coordinate detector, hardness analyzer, magnetic particle flaw detector, etc. The surface coating is equipped with testing equipment such as salt spray tester, paint film thickness meter, etc., which can effectively guarantee product quality.
